How do we reserve portrait photography services?
Call me, or contact me via my website contact page to discuss and schedule your session. I will send an online booking agreement that to confirm your session.
How soon will we see our photos?
While my timeline is to have images from your session on-line and ready to view within 3 weeks of your session, I am often able to deliver them much sooner. I know its hard to wait for those precious photos, so I post sneaks peeks as I'm editing on my Facebook page and Instagram! Be sure to follow me and share with your family and friends so you won't miss the posts!
How long do the sessions last?
This depends on your vision for the session and the necessary time to meet your needs, but most common family and lifestyle photo sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes.
What should we wear?
Clothing is an important aspect of your session. I recommend that you wear something comfortable that shows off you and your family’s personality. But a bit of color and style coordination also go a long way. I provide my clients with a prep and style guide in advance of the session to help you as you consider your wardrobe choices.
When is the payment due?
A deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remainder is due on the day of your session.
What advice do you have to help us prepare for our session?
I offer plenty of guidance that can help you prepare for your session. I’ve created a brief yet comprehensive prep guide to help you ensure you get the most out of your session and make sure you and all your people are looking and feeling your best! I also ask you to provide me with some details in advance of your session to help me prepare.
Where do the sessions take place?
The location of your portrait session is up to you! I have several favorite spots that I am always happy to recommend, and always love to showcase the natural beauty of our area. I love shooting in natural, wide-open spaces because the light is gorgeous, especially in the evening.
How do we receive our images after the session?
I offer quick and convenient online digital delivery. It makes the whole process simple and fast. The images are available for viewing in an online gallery and all the images you receive will include the reproduction copyrights. You will have access to download your high-resolution images immediately when your gallery is released to you.
How many photos do we get in a session ?
The number of photos you receive can vary depending on the package you choose. All images with be fully hand edited to my editing style. To see what a session can look like, please explore my website.
Do you have a travel fee ?
YES, $30 for homes and locations more than 30 minutes away per Google Maps.
What if I have a different session idea in mind than what is listed?
I am happy to come up with a custom session package for you to fit your specific needs. Just let me know what you are looking for!
How far in advance should I book ?
The sooner the better! My weekends are usually booked months ahead. so the sooner you reach out to me, the more likely you are to get your desired date! The sooner the better! My Saturdays are usually booked months ahead.
